Marino’s butcher department has been one of our defining features since we opened our doors in 1986. Our butcher managers each have over twenty years of experience in the meat industry, with some having started with us when we opened our doors over twenty-eight years ago. The experience of our staff is evident in each cut of meat we prepare.

Throughout the day, our team prepares fresh cuts of Angus beef, Bell & Evans chickens, USDA Choice Veal, Pork, & Lamb, as well as a wide variety of fresh seafood. However, if there is a cut you don’t see, our team is always available.

Marino’s prepared meats truly distinguish our butcher department. We pride ourselves on our homemade sausages, chopped meat, stuffed chops, and shish-kabobs.
